I’ve spent more than 20 years working across luxury beauty and wellness, and over that time my work has become increasingly focused on the relationship between skilled bodywork, recovery and how we feel in ourselves.

Lymphatic Drainage and Scar Therapy have become particular passions of mine. The more I studied, researched and worked with them in practice, the more fascinated I became by their powerful effects, particularly during periods of rehabilitation. I’ve developed and refined my own approach over many years, alongside complementary Soft Tissue work and specialist care through pregnancy.

Ouro grew from a belief that the times when our bodies or lives are changing are often the times when we need to be cared for most. It has shaped the way I work, and the women I’ve found myself drawn to care for over the years.

This is why I think of each treatment as a ritual. Not something you simply book and tick off, but a little time set aside to be nurtured, with work that is thoughtful, skilled and rooted in a deep respect for the body and all that it carries.
