Week One: 55min Therapeutic Massage + Nourishing Meal Package
Your programme begins with a 55-minute Therapeutic Massage - your deep rest session. This treatment grounds body and mind, releases stored tension, and boosts your natural chemistry of serotonin, oxytocin, and dopamine. Circulation improves, the fascial pathways open, and the whole system is primed for what’s next.
Week Two: 55min Lymphatic Drainage + Nourishing Meal Package
The following week, you return for a 55-minute Lymphatic Drainage session, targeting either abdomen and legs or abdomen, arms and face. This invigorating yet relaxing treatment flushes the lymphatic system and moves areas of stagnation using a combination of dry brushing and Brazilian techniques.
